The Registration
Best For:
Founders, established companies, and new government contractors who need an accurate federal registration. It also suits businesses held up by registration problems, such as:
Entity-validation mismatches;
IRS name or EIN discrepancies;
A SAM.gov registration that is inactive, expired or returned for correction.
Why It’s a Great Fit:
Most federal contracts can only be awarded to businesses with an active SAM.gov registration. Registering on SAM.gov is free; our fee covers the preparation, review, and follow-through around it.
Small differences between IRS records, state formation records, and SAM.gov entries are a common cause of delays and returned registrations. We reconcile your records before anything is filed, prepare your registration from verified information, and stay with the process until your official status and identifiers are confirmed.
Our team uses AI-assisted review to check your records for consistency. A person reviews and signs off on every result.
What’s Included:
Identity Reconciliation & IRS Alignment: We compare your legal name, EIN, addresses, ownership, and entity structure across your IRS, state, and existing federal records. This catches mismatches before submission.
SAM.gov Registration Preparation: We prepare your SAM.gov registration from verified information. You review and approve your registration before submission. You may submit it yourself, or Procurement & Co. may submit it under your documented authorization, where the portal permits an authorized representative.
FAR Representations & Certifications Review: We map your answers to the applicable FAR representations and certifications, with the supporting evidence for each.
You personally certify your own answers; we never certify on your behalf.
This review is not legal advice. Business-size and affiliation questions are referred to your own adviser.
Federal Registration Verification: We review your federal registration information, reconcile identity discrepancies, and verify your SAM.gov status, UEI, and CAGE information against official records.
Validation Issue Response: If SAM.gov or the federal validation service returns a discrepancy, we:
Identify what is needed;
Help you gather the evidence;
Prepare the response;
Track it until it is resolved.
Government agencies make the final decision.
Additional documents only when required: Officer-location details, tax-structure documents, or a notarized authorization are requested only when SAM.gov or a specific discrepancy requires them, and we tell you why.
We never ask for banking or payment-account details by form, email, or AI tools. You enter them directly in SAM.gov.
What Is Included (The Premium Deliverables Portfolio):
Confirmed Registration Status: Your SAM.gov registration status, UEI, and CAGE code, as confirmed by official records.
We close your engagement when official status is received, not when the application is submitted.
Anything still pending is shown with its verified status.
FAR Reps & Certs Mapping Record: For each applicable representation, the record documents:
Your answer;
It’s supporting evidence;
Our notes;
Your documented approval.
It is marked “Not legal advice.”
The Federal Identity Dossier: A formatted record of your federal identity, containing:
Your UEI;
Your CAGE code;
Your SAM.gov registration status;
Your NAICS codes;
Other relevant federal identity information;
Your FAR mapping record;
Your activation and expiration dates, where they can be verified;
Copies of the official SAM.gov, UEI, and CAGE confirmations once issued.
Registration Upkeep Guide: Included in your Dossier. It covers:
Your renewal date;
The changes that may require a SAM.gov update;
How to update your registration;
Where to find ongoing monitoring if you want it.
Client-Paid Costs:
SAM.gov registration itself is free. You pay any third-party costs directly, such as:
notary fees, if notarization is required;
certified copies of formation records.
We tell you about any anticipated cost before it is incurred, and these costs are always separate from our service fee.
Deliverable Outcomes:
When your engagement closes, you will have:
An active SAM.gov registration with official status confirmed;
Your UEI and CAGE code on record;
A Federal Identity Dossier documenting your federal identity, your representations and certifications record, and how to keep your registration current.
An active registration makes your business eligible to compete for federal contracts. It does not guarantee awards, funding, or agency decisions, and government processing times are outside our control.

Upgrade 1 | SBA Small-Business Profile Alignment — $350
Once your SAM.gov registration is active, we review your SBA small business profile and rewrite its capability language and keywords so they are accurate, supportable, and consistent with your verified SAM.gov record.
We start from your existing capability language and confirm your capabilities and keywords with you.
You approve the revised text before any change is made, and you personally complete any certification the SBA requires.
You receive the revised profile text and a before-and-after summary of every change, with one round of revisions included.
No search ranking, visibility, or contract award is guaranteed.
Upgrade 2 | Priority Scheduling — $250
Your engagement moves ahead in our production queue.
Priority places are limited to two clients at a time. If both are taken, we add you to a waitlist, let you know, and do not charge you until a place opens.
Priority applies once we have everything needed to start: your intake, documents, and approvals. If anything is missing, we will tell you exactly what in writing.
Every review and approval step still applies. This speeds up our own work only; it cannot speed up government processing.
Upgrade 3 | NAICS & PSC Code Strategy Memo — $300
Before we prepare your SAM.gov profile, we research up to five NAICS codes and up to three PSC codes that you supply or approve.
Spending: for each code, the memo shows federal prime-contract obligations over the last five completed federal fiscal years, from USAspending.gov. The data source and retrieval dates are stated.
Recent data: the most recent fiscal year may still be incomplete or revised.
Unverified figures: any figure we cannot verify is left out, and we say why.
Size standards: the memo includes the SBA size standard for each NAICS code, marked “Not legal advice”. PSC codes do not have size standards.
Delivery: The memo is delivered in your Registration Dossier.
Historical spending does not predict or guarantee future awards. The memo does not include agency targeting or competitor analysis.
