Kickoff Call: A 30-minute call to confirm the certifications we’ll monitor.
Baseline Report: A register of your certifications with status, expiration dates, renewal windows and any gaps to address.
Monthly Status Checks: We check each certification’s status and dates in the public record every month.
Renewal Alerts: We let you know 120 days before a certification expires, so there’s time to prepare.
Change Alerts: If we find a status change or a relevant agency notice, we email you within 2 business days with what changed and your options.
Quarterly Report: A summary of every certification’s status, upcoming deadlines and open actions.
Questions: Up to 30 minutes of questions each quarter by email or call.

Billing & Cancellation:
The Continuance is billed quarterly. Your first quarter includes a one-time $250 onboarding fee, paid at checkout. Later quarters are invoiced each quarter.
You can cancel before your next quarter is invoiced. A paid quarter is non-refundable, and we will complete that quarter’s report. The onboarding fee is non-refundable.
