Each month you receive up to five researched opportunities with a pursue, watch or pass recommendation, a written Strategy Brief, and two advisory calls with our team.
Our team uses AI-assisted tools to research and draft. A person verifies every fact and makes every recommendation.

Everything in The Index: Up to 5 verified opportunities a month, each with a fit rating, award history, incumbent summary, competitor notes, a requirements checklist when documents are available, and recommended next actions.
Pursue, Watch or Pass: A recommendation with reasons for every opportunity. The decision is always yours.
Positioning Map: At the start, a map of up to five target agencies: what they need, what they spend in your area, and how they buy. Refreshed every quarter.
Teaming Analysis: Capability gaps for the opportunities you pursue, and potential partners identified from public records. This is analysis only; it does not create or imply any partnership or agreement.
Capture Next Steps: Dated actions for the opportunities you choose to pursue, including positioning before a solicitation is released.
Monthly Strategy Brief: A written brief covering your pipeline, active pursuits, positioning changes and partnership updates.
Two Advisory Calls a Month: Two 45-minute calls with our team, including a review of your Strategy Brief.
Prospectus Maintenance: One revision cycle each quarter to your existing company prospectus. A new prospectus is available as a separate service.

Our Standard:
If fewer than five opportunities meet our standard in a given month, we’ll tell you how many qualified and include a brief market note instead of padding the list with weaker matches. Unused opportunities do not carry over.
Limited Availability:
The Syndicate is offered to a limited number of firms at a time so that every client receives the attention the service requires. After purchase, we will confirm availability and contact you within 1 business day. If we can accommodate your engagement, onboarding will proceed and activation will begin within 10 business days after payment and receipt of complete client information. If we cannot accommodate your requested start date, we will discuss an alternative start date with you. If you choose not to wait, we will refund your payment in full.
Not Included:
Proposal writing or full compliance matrices (available as a separate service)
A new company prospectus (available as a separate service)
New capability statements or brand assets
Legal agreements, including teaming or joint-venture agreements
Eligibility determinations
Guaranteed awards or results
Additional calls or research beyond what is listed
Any work not expressly included in your subscription
Subscription Terms:
The Syndicate is $2,995 per month, with a 3-month minimum. After the first 3 months it continues month to month. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and partial months are not refunded. If a subscription is cancelled before 3 paid months, the remaining months of the minimum are invoiced.
A one-time $499 setup fee is invoiced after purchase. Activation, including your positioning session and initial positioning map, begins once it is paid.
We do not control government decisions. Research is based on public records and the documents available, and we cannot guarantee eligibility, awards or results.
