The Pipeline
Best For:
Contractors who want to see what government work is likely to come up in their area over the next year or so, and prepare before it is formally released.
Why It’s a Great Fit:
The Pipeline helps you prepare for what’s coming, not just what’s open today.
Most opportunities are visible long before the solicitation is posted. Agencies publish procurement forecasts, current contracts reach the end of their terms and are competed again, and agencies issue sources-sought notices and hold industry days. The Pipeline gathers these signals from free public sources and turns them into a forward plan built around your business.
Our team uses AI-assisted tools to research and draft. A person verifies every item before it is included.
What’s Included:
Kickoff Call: A 45-minute call to confirm your capabilities, NAICS codes, location, past performance and target agencies.
Forward Opportunity Research: We review public agency forecasts, contracts expected to end and be recompeted, and early notices such as sources-sought announcements and industry days, looking roughly 6 to 18 months ahead.
Fit Ratings: Each opportunity is rated Strong, Moderate or Limited for your business, with the reasons. This is a fit rating with reasons, not a win prediction.
Up to 20 Forward Opportunities: The number depends on what meets our standard. If fewer than 20 qualify, we’ll tell you how many and why, rather than adding weaker matches.
Top-Five Research Notes: Expanded notes on the five strongest opportunities: what the agency may buy, what is known so far, and what you can prepare now.
Quality Review: A quality review by a second team member before delivery.
Results Review: A 45-minute call to walk through your Dossier, plus one revision round.
What Is Included (The Premium Deliverables):
The Pipeline Dossier: A workbook of forward opportunities you can keep using, a written Pipeline Briefing organized into 0–6, 6–12 and 12–18 month horizons, and a source list so you can trace every item.
Not Included:
Tracking or researching currently open solicitations (available in The Briefing, The Index and The Syndicate)
Ongoing monthly updates or advisory (available in The Syndicate)
Contacting agencies or anyone else on your behalf
Proposal writing
Guaranteed solicitations, awards or results
Any work not expressly included in your package
Please Note:
Forecasts are published by agencies and often change. Anticipated opportunities may be delayed, changed or never released. The Pipeline helps you prepare; it does not guarantee that any forecast will become a solicitation or that any opportunity will result in an award.
Package:
The Pipeline — $1,850 (one-time)
