THE INDEX
Best For:
Established and growing contractors who already have their registrations in place and want each opportunity researched before they decide whether to pursue it.
Why It’s a Great Fit:
Finding an opportunity is only the first step. Before committing to a bid, you need to know who holds the work now, what similar contracts have been awarded for, who else is likely to compete, and what the solicitation actually requires.
The Index includes everything in The Briefing and adds that research for every opportunity we send. Each month, our team finds up to five opportunities that match your NAICS codes, capabilities, location and the contract-value range you give us at intake, checks each one against the official notice, and then researches it using public award records and the solicitation documents.
Our team uses AI-assisted tools to search and draft. A person verifies every fact against its source before anything reaches you.
What’s Included:
Up to 5 Verified Opportunities a Month: Each includes the official link, agency, title, NAICS code, set-aside, published value (when stated), response deadline, place of performance, and why it fits your business. Federal opportunities have at least 10 business days left to respond, and state and local opportunities at least 5. An opportunity with less time is sent only as a clearly labeled exception.
Fit Rating: Each opportunity is rated Strong, Moderate or Limited for your business, with the reasons.
Award History: Comparable past awards and their values from public award records, with sources cited.
Incumbent Summary: The current or previous contract holder, award date, value and period, when it can be identified from public records.
Competitor Notes: Known bidders or awardees from public data, plus any competitors you ask us to watch.
Requirements Checklist: When the solicitation documents are published, a checklist of the submission instructions and evaluation factors, checked line by line by our team.
Recommended Next Actions: Dated steps for each opportunity, such as question deadlines, site visits or registrations.
Monthly Index Report: A report by email with every opportunity, its research, and a status table tracking where each one stands.
Monthly Call: One 30-minute call each month to review the report.
Email Support: We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Our Standard:
If fewer than five opportunities meet our standard in a given month, we’ll tell you how many qualified and include a brief market note instead of padding the list with weaker matches. Unused opportunities do not carry over to the next month.
Not Included:
Proposal writing or full compliance matrices (available as a separate service)
Pursue, watch or pass recommendations, teaming or capture strategy (available in The Syndicate)
Eligibility determinations
Guaranteed awards or results
Additional calls or research beyond what is listed
Any work not expressly included in your subscription
Subscription Terms:
The Index is $1,250 per month, with a 3-month minimum. After the first 3 months it continues month to month. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and partial months are not refunded. If a subscription is cancelled before 3 paid months, the remaining months of the minimum are invoiced.
A one-time $199 setup fee is invoiced after purchase. Setup of your search profile begins once it is paid.
We do not control government decisions. Research is based on public records and the documents available, and we cannot guarantee eligibility, awards or results.
