What’s Included:
Quarterly Federal Registry Review: We review your SAM.gov, UEI, and CAGE records, including status, expiration date, legal name and address, points of contact, NAICS and PSC codes, and payment registration status.
DSBS Profile Review: Each quarter, we review your Dynamic Small Business Search profile and recommend updates to your capabilities, keywords, and NAICS/PSC codes.
Monthly SAM.gov Check: Between quarterly reviews, we check your SAM.gov status and expiration each month and send you a short status email.
Prompt Issue Notices: If we find an urgent issue, such as an expiring or inactive registration or mismatched information, we email your designated contact promptly.
Prepared Changes: We prepare the exact updates needed, with step-by-step instructions. You review, approve, and submit them. Banking changes are always made by you.
Your Review: You have three business days to review each quarterly Dossier and flag any corrections.

The Recurrence Dossier: Each quarter, a polished PDF that shows what is active, what is expiring, what is wrong, what has changed, and what needs your attention. It is emailed to your designated contact.
Not Included:
Filing or submitting registrations on your behalf
Holding your login credentials
Making banking changes
Certification monitoring, renewals, or applications (available through our certification services)
State annual reports
Guaranteed eligibility, visibility, or contract awards
Any work not expressly included in your selected package
Client-Paid Costs:
Any government filing fees, certified records, or portal subscription fees are paid by you directly. These costs are separate from our service fee.
Billing & Cancellation:
The Recurrence is $1,500 per quarter. Your first quarter includes a one-time $350 onboarding fee, paid at checkout. Later quarters are invoiced each quarter.
You can cancel before your next quarter is invoiced. A paid quarter is non-refundable, and we will complete that quarter’s Dossier. The onboarding fee is non-refundable.
