Procurement Forecasting & Portfolio Building- Service Agreement
Simplifying Procurement, Amplifying Results
1. Parties
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Procurement & Co., LLC ("Company") and the individual or entity identified in the acceptance form below ("Client"), collectively referred to as "the Parties."
2. Project Description
The Company will provide the Client with ongoing procurement forecasting and portfolio building services. This service is designed for businesses actively pursuing government contracts who need monthly strategic guidance on opportunity analysis, pipeline forecasting, portfolio optimization, and contract strategy execution.
3. Scope of Work
3.1 Services Included:
The Company will perform the following services on a monthly basis:
Monthly Forecasting & Portfolio Analysis Session — 60-minute monthly session (scheduled on a recurring basis) to review contract pipeline, analyze opportunities, forecast upcoming contracts, discuss agency targeting, and identify strategic next steps
Custom Monday.com Forecasting Dashboard — dedicated dashboard for tracking opportunities, pipeline value, win probability, agency concentration, and revenue forecasting
Opportunity Tracking & Analysis — monthly monitoring of your tracked opportunities, pipeline changes, and strategic positioning
Agency Research & Targeting — identify best-fit agencies based on your services and target contract values
Contract Pipeline Forecasting — monthly forecast of expected contract awards, revenue projections, and timeline visibility
Quarterly Portfolio Deep-Dive — comprehensive quarterly analysis of your portfolio performance, win/loss trends, and strategic adjustments (available as add-on)
Strategic Recommendations — ongoing strategic guidance on opportunity pursuit, competitive positioning, and agency targeting
Initial intake and dashboard setup within 24 hours of form submission
60-minute initial forecasting session to set up your dashboard and establish baseline pipeline
3.2 Delivery Timeline:
Monthly forecasting sessions occur on a recurring basis (same day/time each month). Dashboard updates happen monthly prior to each session. Quarterly deep-dives occur quarterly if opted in as add-on.
3.3 Pricing:
Base Service: $500.00 per month
Quarterly Deep-Dive Analysis (add-on): $499.00 per quarter
Opportunity Briefs (add-on): $250.00 per brief
Agency Meeting Prep (add-on): $299.00 per session
Advanced Dashboard Features (add-on): $500.00 per month
3.4 What is NOT Included:
Proposal writing or editing
Client representation at agency meetings
Direct contact with government agencies
Certification application or renewal support
Detailed competitive intelligence reports (beyond forecasting analysis)
4. Deliverables
The Company will provide the following deliverables:
Monthly forecasting and portfolio analysis sessions (60 minutes each)
Custom Monday.com forecasting dashboard with opportunity tracking
Monthly pipeline reports and forecasts
Agency targeting recommendations
Strategic opportunity analysis and positioning
Win probability assessments
Revenue forecasting
Quarterly portfolio deep-dives (if add-on selected)
Ongoing strategic guidance between sessions
5. Refund Policy
No refund after intake form submitted. Once Client submits the completed intake form, the monthly service fee becomes non-refundable because the Company begins dashboard setup and forecasting preparation.
Refund available before intake. If Client cancels before submitting the intake form, a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Cancellation of Recurring Service. Client may cancel ongoing monthly forecasting service with 30 days written notice (via email to info@procure-ment.com). Final month will be charged, then service ends.
6. Payment Terms
Monthly Service Fee: $500.00 per month
Payment Schedule: Billed monthly on enrollment date (or monthly renewal date)
Auto-Renewal: Service automatically renews each month unless Client provides 30 days written notice of cancellation before billing date
Non-Payment: If payment fails, forecasting service is paused until payment is resolved
Cancellation Notice: Must be provided at least 30 days before next billing date to avoid charge
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Complete the intake form thoroughly within 24 hours of purchase
Schedule and attend the initial 60-minute forecasting session (Tue-Thu), or reschedule with 48-hour notice
Attend monthly forecasting sessions on the agreed-upon recurring schedule, or provide 48-hour notice if unable to attend
Provide accurate and current information about your contract pipeline, opportunities, and strategic goals
Update your Monday.com dashboard with current opportunity data or provide data to Company for updates
Respond to Company requests for clarification within 48 hours
Provide feedback on forecasting recommendations and strategic guidance
Take action on strategic recommendations provided
Maintain confidentiality of forecasting analysis and competitive insights shared
8. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, financial, and business information shared during forecasting sessions. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All forecasting frameworks, templates, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Procurement & Co.
Client receives access to customized Monday.com dashboard for opportunity tracking only
Client owns all information provided and opportunity data
Company may use anonymized case studies or success stories for marketing (with Client permission)
10. Service Modifications
The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue forecasting service if:
Client fails to provide dashboard data or opportunity updates for more than 60 days
Client fails to attend more than two (2) consecutive monthly sessions without rescheduling
Client is unresponsive for more than 30 days regarding service delivery
Client fails to pay monthly fees
11. Limitation of Liability
Procurement & Co. does not guarantee contract awards, pipeline accuracy, or revenue outcomes, as success depends on Client execution, market factors, and competitive ability. The Company is not liable for business results or forecasting accuracy outcomes. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or revenue.
12. Monthly Session Schedule & Flexibility
Forecasting sessions occur on a recurring monthly schedule at the same day and time. Client must provide 48-hour notice to reschedule a session. If a session is missed without notice, the scheduled time is still charged. If Client reschedules more than two (2) times per quarter, Company may adjust recurring schedule.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Disputes shall first be attempted through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Illinois before litigation is considered.
14. Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
Termination by Client requires 30 days written notice before next billing date to avoid charge
Termination takes effect at end of current month
Upon termination, all Confidentiality and Intellectual Property obligations survive
Final monthly fee applies unless Client provides notice before billing cycle
15. Acceptance
By submitting the form below, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement and understands this is a recurring monthly service that auto-renews unless cancelled with 30 days notice.
