Creating a clear path from possible to secured contracts
Monthly Forecasting Includes:
1. Monthly Procurement Forecast Session
Review of current bid activity and contract performance
Identify upcoming federal/state/local agency forecasts
Prioritize opportunities based on size, fit, and timing
Assess trends in awarded contracts within the client’s niche
2. Pipeline Strategy Development
Build a 12–18 month opportunity roadmap
Organize by quarter: short-term (quick win), mid-term, long-term targets
Develop themes and differentiators aligned with targeted agencies
Tag contracts as: Watchlist / Ready to Bid / Follow-Up / Awarded / Rebid
3. Portfolio Tracking & Contract Positioning
Track proposals submitted, proposals in progress, and awards
Visual dashboard to measure progress and gaps
Map performance goals against agency engagement
Identify gaps in certifications, teaming, or past performance that impact eligibility
