What’s Included Each Quarter:
1. SAM.gov Profile Monitoring
Check for registration status (Active/Inactive/Expiring Soon)
Review expiration dates, TIN mismatches, or validation issues
Update business address, banking info, NAICS codes, or POC as needed
Confirm compliance with FAR Reps & Certs section
Ensure UEI and CAGE Code are still valid and matched
2. SBA & DSBS Profile Review
DSBS (Dynamic Small Business Search) visibility check
Review for completeness and keyword optimization
Ensure linkage between SAM.gov and SBA/DSBS systems
Recommendations for DSBS enhancement or capability keywords
3. State/Local Vendor Portals
Review 1–2 state or city vendor registration systems per quarter
Check for expired certifications, business licenses, or inactive vendor status
Submit routine profile updates or request reactivation if flagged
4. Notifications & Alerts
You receive a quarterly status report summarizing:
Entity health (Active/Needs Attention)
Any upcoming expiration dates
Action items we’ve completed or recommend
Optional: Monthly email alerts if issues are found mid-cycle
5. Minor Profile Edits & Maintenance
Up to 2 small profile updates per quarter (e.g., POC change, NAICS update)
Assistance with resolving federal system errors (Entity Validation Issues, etc.)
Re-submission of inactive SAM profiles if expired

Inactive or outdated profiles can disqualify you from contracts—even if you’re the best fit
Manual updates reduce system errors and delays in registration
